Operation EmpowHer was founded from a simple belief: every woman deserves the opportunity to become a safer, more confident motorcycle rider.
After witnessing fellow women riders involved in serious motorcycle accidents, we recognized the need for continued education beyond basic rider training. What began as helping fellow riders with safety tips, emergency preparedness, and motorcycle knowledge has grown into a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through education, confidence, and community.
Today, Operation EmpowHer provides:
- Rider skill development and educational workshops
- Safety guides, workbooks, and online learning resources
- A welcoming community where women can ask questions without judgment
- Advanced riding opportunities that build confidence long after the MSF course
- Supportive partnerships that encourage lifelong learning and safer riding
